What Happens Next?
1. Acknowledgment (3 Working Days)
For smaller issues, we will try to resolve them immediately. For more complex concerns, we will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
2. Investigation & Response (20 Working Days)I aim to provide a full, written reply within 20 working days. This response will explain what happened and what actions we are taking as a result. If the investigation needs more time, we will keep you updated every step of the way.
If You’re Still Not Happy
If we cannot reach a resolution together, you have the right to an independent review. We can provide you with their direct contact details and a guide on how to use their service if needed.
